As we exited the rental car terminal the agent states they had a ****** Rogue and not a Tesla. The manager then says just pick a car in the Presidental section. The duty manager states that she could not give out that information. We also asked for the general manager's name and phone number. We asked if could we get something comparable to the Tesla.

I immediately contacted the over-the-phone customer service line to escalate my complaint. I spoke with the manager who stated again they do not have any cars. They were in the line and stated that was quick for them to get the card and they had availability. As we stood in line for almost two hours, several families received a Tesla rental. The manager was assisting in getting cars for other customers. We were told to wait on the side for a car. She stated the company did not have the Tesla car available for rental. The customer service agent was extremely nice and honest.

We arrived a the car rental terminal around 8:30 am. We reserved and paid for a Tesla a week before arrival.
